We can go half way and call it “dub-yah” (two syllables), but around here that tends to get political.
I had a college lab partner by that name who was - and still is - extremely intelligent (among other virtues). She would joke about us usually being the “Nguynh-ers” in various lab competitions during that semester.

I wonder if anyone here could help solve a difference of opinion where I work; I have stated that the cutest thing in the world ever, is a Husky pup howling, however a work colleague says that the cutest thing ever is a baby goat hopping; I still vehemently stand by my husky pup howling, however if anyone has any more recommendations, they will be gladly received.
