I have an irrational fear of elevators. Fortunately there are steps I can take.

There´s an old idea (quite accurate by the way) which says that cars are a bad investment because "the moment your wheels touch the street, value goes down by 20%" (because it´s not "new" any more)
So this guy is just protecting his investment 🙂
