Something to lighten the mood

I am not denying the hormones may be causing girls to begin there monthly cycles so early now but
it may not be the only cause. Some studies going back over 100 years have linked a girl having her
first period to her weight. I seem to recall this usually hapens when the girl reaches about 83 lbs. And
this trend for girls getting heavier earlier in life and having there first period earlier in life was evident
more than 100 years ago. I believe around 1860 most girls didn't have there first period till about 18 .

And a group of young Englishmen, in North Africa for the first time...

A young Englishman was posted to North Africa. After a few days he felt frisky and asked his officer, "How do you meet a woman around here?".
The officer replied, "There are no women, but once a month the camels arrive."
Disgusted, the young Englishman replied, "I'm not that desperate!". However, after several more days he began to reconsider.
Then, one evening, there was an almighty commotion as all the soldiers rushed out of their tents yelling and screaming and trying to outrun each other.
The young Englishman grabbed his passing officer and asked, "What in heaven's name is going on?"
"Run, the camels are coming!" replied the officer.
"But why the great rush?"
"Well you don't want to end up with an ugly one, do you?"

cows and pigs are the deadliest animals in US by far: in 2019 (last pre-Covid statistics), 659000 died of cardiovascular disease, 150000 of Stroke, both caused or STRONGLY influenced by clogged arteries.
As a parallel confirmation, rice and fish fed Japanese regularly reached 94 to 107 years age; after they started eating hamburger and such post WW2, people above 50 started having coronaries and strokes 😱

I must say that since I've been on my doctor's diet, which doesn't allow for any meat, I have shed pounds and inches and I feel so much better. Blood sugar is almost normal (I'm almost back to "pre-diabetic"), blood pressure is almost normal; it saved my life.

A couple years ago one of the sewers in the house backed up. It was the sewer that served the kitchen sink. We opened the cleanout and the 4" diameter pipe was packed solid with waxy grease. We filled at least 6 buckets with the grease. That's what my arteries were turning into.

You bet.
I´m not a "vegetarian" but a "vegetophile", always ate lots of vegetables simply because I love them, eat little meat and that only after fully removing any visible grease.

Impossible on US type grain fed "marbled" meat but easy on open field grass fed Argentine beef, also remove skin and visible fat, even small bits, out of chicken.

And eating outside simply don´t eat any meat, period, since it was not "cleaned" the way I do.

I see Americans adding gravy/drippings to otherwise healthy food or eating deep fried in grease food and I despair.

The prize? .... being asked by Doctors "you sure this is YOUR Lab analysis? You didn´t tell me you are Vegan" .... which I´m not.
