Nice part. It appears to have been "customized" for Hewlett-Packard. There's a special 4X4 part number "0180-4570". Good price too.

how to tie in to leads/posts?
I'm interested in buying some of these caps. From the picture, it looks like the "leads" are really more like posts and that soldering on to them would be difficult.
How are these usually connected?

There are the 2 leads with the metal rings around them which are the
positive and negative while the one on top is a dummy
a positioning pin and the 3 protrusions are for holding the cap on there
PC board.
These are leads and not ilet or screw down caps, I do not see any problems
with soldering to them. You can always cover your work with shrink tubing
or Teflon tubing..
