Soft start question

I bought the soft start board from the diy audio store. The bill of materials has this relay:

G5LA-14-CF-DC24 Omron Electronics | Mouser

Mouser reports this relay out of stock and no longer manufactured.

Could I change a component or two on the soft-start board to provide 12 volts to the relay coil instead of 24, allowing me to use this relay instead:

G5LE-14-DC12 Omron Electronics | Mouser

I want to keep the same pin and package while still using the diyaudio soft start board.

Also, these diodes are no longer available:

1N4007 ON Semiconductor / Fairchild | Mouser

Would these make a good substitute:

1N4007-E3/54 Vishay Semiconductors | Mouser

Any 1N400X diode, from any mfr, will work.

And I'd use UF4007 instead.
