Soft-start circuit with no relays and no aux. transformers

How have you got on with your PCI12F508 based cold start circuit? I'm keen to hear.

Hi,
Just for the thread readers information and consideration. I used the BTA25600BW 25 amps, 600 volts, case RD91 and it is isolated. You do not need to isolated it like the TO220.

I got it working.
Tested it out on a 3KW heater and few amps I had lying around.
