I'm late to your discussion, but I second the earlier advice of getting in box measurements and just as importantly accurate impedance and phase data and getting the sensitivity down to account for baffle losses.

Besides that though, you can tune you first xo's low pass section by bypassing the coil with a small cap and resistor (somewhere around .47uf and 10ohm) this will create a notch for the woofers breakup and you can eliminate the standalone notch. Also, add a small resistor in series with the shunt cap (1-4 ohms) to change the Q of the rolloff and and deal with the peak at 1500Hz.

Good luck going forward!

My babies are ready.

I took everyone's advice and measured responses in the box.
I might have not measured the tweeter properly.
It sounded very harsh, taming it was a hard task
Had to do some tweaking to the crossover.
Now they sing🙂
Fantastic sound, very smooth, lots of bass like i wanted and a nice mid response.

Thanks everybody for all the help!!!
These speakers wouldn't sound half as good without your assistance:cheers:
