Here's a BOM and schematic for the output board. Follow the charts on the bottom of the schematic for different output device options. The 1 watt resistors listed should be 3 Watts

Anyone used other mosfets than the irfp240 and 9240? I really don't like those at all and would prefer using the 2SK1530/J201 but don't know what to change from the BoM since those are not Lateral Fet and don't have the same specs as the irfp.

Valery would be the guy to ask about your FETs. He is the one who designed the circuit for using VFETs with in the Slewmaster boards. Maybe he will look in.

Those Toshiba fets are not the same as the Hitachi/Renesans 2SK1058 & 2SJ162 or other Laterals from Exicon etc.
If you take a look the Fet pin out match the Hex fet not the lateral. I do not say the Toshiba is belong to the Hex fet family. Just not clear. Some people say those are vertical fets others those TOSHIBA is Lat fet.

I have a circuit with those Toshiba fets and have the layout to but will need a tweak, Jason comment on that is not 100% correct.. Also I have something with the HEC circuit but that need a tweak to
I do have some of these Toshiba mosfets that is why I was interested on to use them with these amp .
I think we should start a NEW thread with the Toshiba fets 🙂😀
