Those insulating shoulder washers look great, prasi1170.
I have access to a cool little device called a Cameo Silhouette that does an excellent job cutting patterns from gasket and related sheet materials. Can anyone provide a dwg or solidworks file for the thermal pad?

this is very kind of you - I have not been able to source them locally and had planned on trying to make something for myself.

This is just a time, I need time. I left the store in the afternoon, suspended business, and bought these. This is actually very simple. Many times, because I don’t speak a lot of English, it leads to errors in translation software.
In fact, the person to be thanked is ZM. He knows me better, knows that I am using translation software, and it is very clear. He sent pictures to me. I only know what it is. These things are actually what I have seen. Something, once bought these, this 4M small particles, was a long time ago, placed in the warehouse, only tonight, so I quickly took pictures, posted to everyone

Thank you, what are you talking about?
Is it about cutting insulation sheets?
Does it mean that you have the right scissors, and then you can cut the mica sheet, the same size as the SIT, right?

Yes, correct, although only flexible insulator sheets. Not mica.

No material yet. I’d need to get opinions and order. Happy to cut for others. Basically the Cameo is a CNC exacto knife.

THF-51S fit the bill?
Good morning ZM and esteemed thread readers,
I got 4 trannies from Japan and curve traced them. What I get is different from what I have seen here before. My Sits show very low negative (so in fact very high) Vgs - roughly about 1,8V at 1A Id, which is what I want them to bias with. Even ZM once wrote here, he considers virtually all THF-51S convenient for this amp, I would feel better if I got some confirmation that mine might work. Otherwise I would ask Pras1170 for a pair.
Here is what I got:

Cheers
Ernst

no reason that they can't work in SissySIT circuit
problem would be that situation is opposite - SIT gate going down - too close to mosfet's gate , thus no place for opto bjt .....

Good to know! Hvala. 🙂
Nice 🙂 Will you do dual mono or stereo supply? I like your PS PCBs, quite compact.
just for giggles , ZM's specimen will have these NOS ones inside , 2 per channel , hopefully supplemented with motor run bypass
It's been two months since 4 vfets shipped from Japan and they have yet to arrive. 🙁
Hello Dennis
What happen finally with Your SIT's shipping ?
In Canadian airport ? Some news ?
Have a nice day 🙂
@pras1170,
they are arrived, thanks! 🙂
But the customs had taken additional fees (40€). :-(
Germany is customs expensive, bääääh!

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
