Those were the days. Hand typed manuscripts with hand written equations. Before even my time. At least I got to use an IBM Selectric with a "symbol" ball. We also had to walk up hill both ways! 😀
I have been searching for the pinout details of the vfets. I know DGS, but need the dimensions and spacing. All the info I found is blurry and hard to read.

using cheapo cad program cause i am limited in board size on Eagle, so i had to draw the part. I try to stay away from the exotic parts like 2n3055 and just stay with widdely available Vfets😀

use the same ( already made models for these you're asking for ) - they'll be close enough ; in fact - closer than you'll have Ugs spread in vivo

Yes. I am having fun each day with these models. Easy enough to place a N and a P as an output stage. Then an input stage. But dare I make it in real HW? Well. The trannies in a drawer for 30 years is equivalent to trannies fried today.
