ZM asked me about this in the L'Amp thread and I've written up a mini article in case it should be of use elsewhere.

I haven't tried those. No one has sent me any for proper disposal. 🙂
Hi Mike, 😀
I tried to build the SK82 SIT with your text in my Multisim....
and I build the small test circuit of your homepage...
when I run the simulation occurs an error and the assistents says he does not know the parameter "KP" "Mu" "VCT"...etc.
I must say I am an baby in building parts and I suppose I did not find the subcategory "triode" in my MultiSim 11...

Recopy the text from my blog Audiohobby.com | DIY Audio Projects & More. I was doing some editing in the wee hours. Sounds like you're missing a + in front of PARAMS.
The category matters not, I use the JFET symbol and wire the pins up in the component wizard, then you just paste the model text in.

Thank you for your efforts, Michael.
Your models seems good.
We DIYers do well to remember that capturing a nice schematics in e.g. LTSPICE and getting nice simulations is not at all all of the work. It only gives us a small hint that we are on the (hopefully) right path (towards audio nirvana
