Gradually morphing to final form. Practical correct size boxes too. Lab/rack like. What type are those C4?
P.S. I see 2xC2Y on one board, nothing on the other. Is that a product of LCR testing for 15.2nF total and some intermediate value is missing to go on the now blank position?
I don't understand your reference, what is C4?
The output capacitor. Because of camera flash I can't read the type on it. I see Mundorf for sure but there are many in their gamut.
Nothing so sophisticated, that was just where I stopped 🙂
🙂 Better start with one per side then, and if bit bright add the second since its easier to solder than to unsolder when finished. The top pads are very easy to access.
Is this any clearer?
Yes, you had mentioned before you are gonna use film & tin foil now I remember.🙂
The main box is spacious maybe will not need ventilation holes. What value R2, R3 is yours?
4.99 ohms (you suggested that I use 5.1, but I had some trouble getting nice resistors in that value, and the Idss of the FET's is 11.55 mA).
Nice cases nezblue.Who is the supplier?
I got them from an outfit in Hong Kong called Sunetec. They have an eBay "store". You will see that certain models ship for free, which makes them reasonable. For other ones the shipping can be more than the cost of the case.
The small one is steel with a thin aluminum front panel. The bigger one is nicer, all aluminum, front panel a little thicker.
sunetec items in SuneMall store on eBay!
The little one:
SG1154 Rack Mount Chassis for DIY Amplifier Chassis Amplifier Case | eBay
The big one:
SL1684A 16" Full Aluminum DIY Rack Mount Audio Chassis Amplifier Case Enclosure | eBay
(We'll see if ebay links are working this week)
They aren't, but the link to the "store" works, and you can see the models, SG1154 and SL1684A.

Very interesting find Nezblue. Thanks
Got my soldering iron warmed up and finally started up assembling.
Got all the Takman Rey resistors for the Riaa part in.
The bords look very nice (thank y Teabag) and it solderers very nice and easy.
Looking forward to getting it all together

Those Hammond transformers look interesting. They are cheap as well! I'm guessing these would be a good choice for European use?
Ordered some semi torridial from Hammond, have tested them breathy and they look very promising and quiet

This 48VA 34V item when in series looks interesting since we have seen some 36V ones going higher than nominal. 34V is not too commonly offered, the manufacturers usually jump model from 28V or 30V to 36V (or 14+14, 15+15, 18+18).
