Simplistic mosFET HV Shunt Regs

How did you calculate the current through the 10Ohm resistor connected to the TPs? I mean 2.04V across 6.8 Ohm is 300 mA, but serially to this circuit (and so - the current must be the same) you calculated 46.7mA.

Attached pics: schematics with measurements & populate pcb used big heatsinks tall 5 cm, gate resistors 2W and most important: used 12V 0.5W zeners to protect the DN2540.

I left powered 1/2 hour if nothing happens could I try o add the rest of SSHV2?

The voltage across the dummy load suggests much more current than what the TP suggests. Use mA meter in series from lab PSU to CCS and verify the current draw.

Is incredible, I connected 100R between the PSU and the CCS with 6R8 load connected and adjusted to 3V across 100 ohm = 30mA across 100R, I measured the voltage across 6R8 and is 0.151V / 6R87 = 21mA, really I don't understand nothing.....or the own CCS consume by itself 9mA?

In normal no mod SSHV2 test in that post#1 troubleshooting link I could adjust expected mA range for zero Ohm CCS load. There is picture with lab PSU showing 45mA. If yours (modded) can't adjust low or even draws hundreds of mA with very low dummy or jumper, means it needs some series resistor to break it, that is why it burned?
