The schematic is the same whatever you do. All that is different is that for 30-0-30 volt output you need a 22.5-0-22.5 volt transformer, which you will be unlikely to find.
I'm sure a common 25-0-25 volt transformer yielding 33.5-0-33.5 volts will be fine.

well...you can also place 0.1uf in parallel with each diode of the bridge if you want...They reduce HF noise caused by the reverse recovery current being snapped off when the carriers in the diodes are depleted.
