SiC JFET output v-i curve with feedback resistor

With feedback resistor, the output v-i curve of JFET is close to Triode one. However, the input resistance is must lower than the real triode.

I believe that here it is known as Schade feedback after O.E. Schade, who used it on Pentodes to make them like Triodes.
