Well i would have to save up and aquire stuff over time, but i see you on here walking everyone through repair, so i trust if you say i need something that it would prove useful.
I believe in learning how to do things rather than paying someone else to do it. Ive managed to fix a number of things with the equipment i have but i know honestly the first thing i should get is a better multimeter i have the $3 harbor frieght special right now

When you decide on a budget, post it.
Cut legs 1 and 2 (or all) legs of the PS FETs. Power the amp up and measure the DCV between collector and the emitter of the driver transistors Q102 - Q105.
With no power applied, confirm that R111 and R112 are within tolerance.

Honestly if you tell me a good scope i can look at prices and see if there in my range. I would say upper range $200
I wont be able to get if for about a month.
Are you saying buget for the scope or for the whole project?

I don't think anything n the less-than $200 range would be considered good. The best you can likely get is acceptable.
I strongly dislike the LCD displays and if you could find a CRT based scope in good working order in your price range, that (in my opinion) would be the best choice. Very few will go that route.
Do you have a computer on your work bench?
Budget for the scope.
