Series Crossover Design

Hi All, just reviving this thread as I am about to commit the crossover design to a PCB having finished the CAD for the enclosure. Looking back at my sim the capacitance and inductance values are super high! Unfeasible really since I really am working in a tight space. Any idea how I can get a similar crossover frequency (250Hz-ish) and flat response with lower inductance and capacitance values?

Each PCB can only be 40*70mm. I've heard of electrolytics being used in parallel with smaller film caps to try get a hybrid benefit of the low DF from the film caps and high capacitance of the electrolytics but they are polarized so pretty sure that rules them out here. Also I have to use a passive crossover as I already have my amp PCB and there are no DSP/active crossover options on it.

What kind of cap do you think they're using here? Looks like it could be a winner?
