Seeking recommendations regarding speaker enclosure for field coil driver

Thank you for the recommendation about Cube Audio, but I have tried several times to take the conversation back to the topic: the Rullit driver. I appreciate the suggestions, but I'd rather discuss the Rullit if you don't mind.

@NIXIE62

You seem a bit concerned with the Rullit. Let's forget about the price range for the Rullit drivers and let's focus on the quality.

That is the biggest problem. Doubtful quality, hiding data and measurements, strange DIY appearance. Hardly anyone has it in their possession, so it's hard to check. The value for money is certainly very low, that moment cannot be ignored.

If you wish something special, Auditorium 23 have some interesting and unusuall speaker boxes. They use PHY-HP driver, but I believe they'll work well with Rullit driver too.

Rondo is resonant open-bottom box that acts like body of music instrument. Some time ago it was popular diy build with Saba greencone drivers.

Solovox is shallow open back cabinet with two curved resonant panels inside, so it can be placed closer to the wall compared to open-baffle.

This is interesting, you pay the drivers like a kidney, and then you put them like this. 🙄
Exaclty!

This is an example of something built just to show off something strange, unusual, trying to give an impression of high end system just cause it's different.

A 9-inch speaker without any baffle will rolloff around 400Hz or so.
What's the point? Why using an expensive system that supress frequencies from 20 to 400Hz?

Thank you for the recommendations. I have actually been in touch with Keith from Auditorium 23 and they do not produce speakers any longer, otherwise this could very well be a great match. I listened to Ocellia speakers a few weeks ago and I liked them, but somehow I miss some character, body and weight to the music. It became too airy for my taste.

The bottom line is that it sounds bad. There is no other conclusion. 🤣
I think it's a good idea to move on instead of judging the speaker by a single video made from a poor recording on YouTube. We don't even know why this person made this video.
