The first pic definitely wired wrong, that last is closer, but i suspect the R isin the wrong place. Usually an attenuator for the tweeter and is placed in series with the tweeter, parallel to the choke.

We are talking about the series crossover from thread 447. Crossover designed by Håvard Sollien, Product Manager for Seas.
I have that series XO in my A26 RFeViz file. Should be in the planset. The R is in series with the cap.
