Cool design. Bet it sounds lovely with the jfet front-end.
Let me say though that I would´t recommend +-40V for the LM3886 at all.
Absolute maximum Ratings are +-42V with an Input Signal and the power Dissipation even with 8Ohm Speakers will go through the Roof when pushed a Little.
(see Graphs in the datasheet).
Don´t even think about connecting a 4Ohms Speaker to a LM3886 powered with +-40V. If you´re lucky the device will switch off before max. Junction temperature is reached.

Yes, but just to clarify - the Original JC-120 amp was dual rail 40v, and was not an LM3886 implementation.
My Clone amp - the one in this posting - is an LM3886 for the amp side, with the actual cloned Preamp, and was more like 30vdc dual rail.

Thanks again¡¡The amp is dual rail 40volts, the preamp single rail 27 volts
Hello I would like the PCB will PM addressI have one more PCB I can send out. PM your address. Thanks
I would like to buy one of these if you still have one, the boards, or a pre assembled unit would be best.
Hello, I am interested in a few pcbs! Would like to make one for me and friend, maybe two! Great project and I appreciate your hard work, look forward to paying you for some PCB's if you do a run.
Great work ! Thanks for providing the pcb's ! I'll be super interested in few of those if you do another run. Have a nice oneOK. All PCBs spoken for...may do another run....
I'm late to this party, but if and when you do another run of PCBs I am interested in one.OK. All PCBs spoken for...may do another run....
Thanks...
