With these conditions you should have a square wave at pin 7, but there is only something that looks more like semi-truangular, this is seen on pin 7 of both u200 and u203

I don't know, but look what I get out of removing the R226 and R240. pin 6 and 11 of u202 and u204 already both work

it seems that we already achieved that both u202 and u204 will oscillate,what else would be needed?
