Hey, I own a rockford 350s amp, and I burnt my output mosfet. I want to replaced them but I dont know how to remove them from the heat sink. The problem is that the amp uses what Rockford call Mesha witch is the back of the mosfet (big metal connection for heat transfer) connected to a PC board then to the heat sink. Can anyone tell me if it is glued or soldered to that board.
Much thanks, steven123654.

If you have a hot plate, they come off super easy. Set the hotplate between 100-150C, stick the MEHSA board on it, then use a wide tip soldering iron on the tabs of the FET's you want to remove. After a couple seconds, the FET's should just slide off the MEHSA board.
