Rockford Fosgate BD15001 stuck in protect

Hey Perry the LM337T I have, have a P+ behing the marking just like the P+ behing the marking on the LM317T. Do I have the wrong ones??

Well Perry changed out Q16 and the amp is out of protect and rippin on the bench sounds great, just wanted to see if there is something else I should be checking before I grease it up and clamp it totally in the sink??

One thing I wanted to mention, the wave forms are a little distorted on pins 1 and 7 of U11 but the amp sounds good. Any ideas???

The amp does not draw excess current, and it out of protect, plays good sound from what I can tell. Sometimes its hard to hear distortion at 50Hz.

Although there is a slight and faint whine inside sometimes.

Thats what I thought but when I was moving the trigger it was moving the whole display up and down like you were adjusting the display position knob. Any thoughts???

The scope is triggering, the light is on but it just moves the whole display up and down when you adjust it. Something wrong with the scope??

Does the switch for DC coupling make a difference?

Is the 'source' switch next to the coupling switch set to norm or to ch2 (assuming that you're still using ch2)?

I have not tried it on normal its still set on channel 2 should I try it on normal?

Trig mode is set to auto as well.

Yes I am still seeing what I posted in the pics, but the signal is ever so slightly bouncing up and down not moving horizontally. The amp is working so should I not worry about it or ?? Any thoughts ??

Got it Perry the ground was not making a good coonection inside the amp terminal, I wiggled it and BAM!! Perfect signal. As always thanks again for all your help and patience. Now onto the next BD15001.

Get as banana plug for the ground. Radio Shack should have them.
