OK so I also went ahead and ordered new if9640 just invade. I pulled the Mosfets from the channel all seem OK to me just the one was shorted I believe. They all read the same 1-3 open and 2-3 7.35M. So I'll start on the other channel the current resistor comes Tuesday. And the other components.
Do you read the same for every output transistor of the same part number (measuring resistance from pin 1-2, 1-3 and 2-3) in that channel?

I think I had the wrong components in q220, q320 I used irf9640's in them, per the scheme u gave me they are irf640's, while testing dc I realized they had a - v like the 640's. Can u verify which transistor I am supposed to have in q220-q320.?
