I got one of these amps in and they had the twisted wires switched around on 1 side of the amp . Which blew all of the outputs .
The twisted wires are disconnected from the rectifier side amp still draws excessive current .
Here is what I get on the power supply fets
Scope set to 5us .5 volts/div
The trace was centered before taking pics
If these look good any ideas where to start checking ?

I'm assuming that you have your probe on 10x.
What is the resistance across the speaker terminals with the load connected?
The waveform isn't driving back to ground. Do you have anything else disconnected other than the red/black wires?

To clarify, I misread. Since you were mentioning the reversed wires for the outputs, I thought that you were referring to the outputs. My mistake.
It looks like the PNP drivers are open or have a bad connection to ground. Is the base drive to the PNP drivers going to ground?
Do you read 0 ohms between the collector of the PNP drivers and ground?

The base isn’t going to ground .
The collector of the pnp drivers is open somewhere I get no reading . So o will
Have to look for an open trace or connection

Does the drive at the output of the SG3526 go to ground?
A reading of OL is a reading. It means open.
Could you have the drivers installed in the wrong locations?

Pins 13 and 16 do not go back to ground .
From the collectors of the pnp drivers to amps ground terminal I get OL

What do you get if you connect only remote and ground?
With only those connected, pull the drivers and see if the 3526 goes to ground?

With just remote and ground hooked up and the power supply drivers removed .
The output pins on the 3526 are not pulling back to ground
