When you have a broken connection like this, you need to add new solder, desolder and then resolder to ensure that you have removed the oxide layer that builds in the broken connection.

When you have one bad connection, you should redo all on the header since all were prepped/soldered the same when the amp was produced.
 
Very good advice!. However I failed to do all that. You could see the bad solder job through a good magnifying glass.
I've already got the amp back together. I might crack it open to do what you said. Lucky for me the daughter board is mounted upside down with the solder pad staring at you.
