I've put an order in for a bunch of these little buffer boards, I figured they'd most likely be come in useful to someone.

It's a unity gain buffer / line driver. PSRR 75 dB, <100 dB harmonics at 1 Vrms simulated in LTSpice.

The boards are 5x8 cm. Black. 2 layer, 2 oz copper. Will power from +/-5 V to +/-18 V supplies.
