There is a D109 on the back of the board. Do you think you could get to it without removing the driver board?

You just need to lift it as shown in the attached image.

No diagram.

I'm working blind, basically, using photos and other diagrams that aren't very close. I'm having to use reference voltages that you posted to try to determine what points are performing various functions. We may be at a standstill.
Well when I tested the voltage of the comparators I accidentally shorted pin 2-3 on u101 ( output 2, and vcc) it lights up only blue... so I figured the input 2 which is parallel to input 1 of u102 the positive input isn't high enough.? OR AM I getting how that works all messed up? I wish I had a schematic of the powersupply drivercard
