replaced irfz48n transistors.. still blowing fuses

with the rectifiers out of the circuit, the inline 10 amp fuse blows. But it also does this with the rectifiers in too. Im thinking that the power supply fets are bad again.. Also i noticed on the transformer some nicks in the insulation on a few different parts. Im not sure if the nicks in the insulation are harmful to the transformer (see pics)

Look at the green / red wires close to the caps

I checked the fets they are in fact bad. I ordered more, they should be in sometime this week. The samething happened last time after the fets were replaced, the amp doesnt blow fuses right away but after about 15-20 min of it being on the amp will start to blow fuses again.

Confirm that the gate voltages are all still approximately 5v. Clamp all transistors tightly to the heatsink and insert a 10 amp fuse in the B+ line BEFORE applying power. After applying power, allow it to idle for 10-20 minutes. If there are no problems, try twisting/pushing/pulling on the transformer. If it doesn't blow the fuse, reinstall the rectifiers and let it idle again.
