Perry I am not getting no low/high signal on the output pads. It seems that on all the outputs of the op amps I am getting a signal. On the NE5532p ic I am getting a half of signal on pin 7. Shouldn't I be getting a sawtooth or triangle wave somewhere?
These amps don't typically have a triangle waveform. They are essentially an unstable circuit that oscillates at a high frequency as part of their instability.
Do you have both positive and negative power supply on the 5532?
Is the input signal swinging positive and negative?
Do you have DC on the speaker terminals?
Are the outputs in or out of the circuit?

I do have positive and neg. supply voltage to the 5532.
I have 1.3mv on both speaker terminals. I do not have the outputs in.
Perry are you asking about the input on the 5532 swinging pos to neg? The inputs are swinging from positive to neg on both a and b sides of the ic. It is a small signal but is a sine wave. Pin 7 however has only a half of wave, I have replaced the ic because I thought that was the problem to begin with.

If you short pins 6 and 7 of the IC together with the scope probe, do you get a sine wave?
What's the AC voltage of the input signal feeding the driver board?
What's the AC voltage of the input signal feeding the driver board?
OK. The equivalent of the input to the driver board.
Solder a bridge between the pins and power it up. Does it go into protect?

Are there any solder bridges between the pads for the output transistors?
You can remove the bridge for now.

If you connect a subwoofer across the speaker terminals, does it go into protect or pop when you bridge 6/7 with the probe?
Perry I am hearing the 50hz signal that I have going in the amp when I hook the speaker up. It does not pop however, plus I have no sine wave on the output of the pin 7 when I short them. How is this possible with no outputs in. Something somewhere is shorted I believe.
Did you measure the input signal to the drive circuit?
The input is the equivalent to the IN+ on the diagram on the type 2 page.

When I probe with pins 6 and 7 shorted, I get no pop. I do however get a full sine wave, and I can adjust it with the gain control
