There's the Minnesota Audiophile Society

Oops, it's actually the Audio Society of Minnesota. (We're not the Judean People's Front, we're the People's Front of Judea!)
Their website is here:

Have you emailed Allen? I'd be surprised if he didn't share the circuit with you, unless his attitude about this has recently changed.
The special bits of Allen Wrights amplifier is the front end... this can be mated with a whole range of output stages... i'm building an EL84 version. Just take his front end and the PP output stage from your choice of amp...
The deluxe version of the amp would also use a constant current source on the cathodes of the output stage & use a SuperReg for the B+ of the diff stage (i'm going to use that same B+ on my output stage as well -- adequately heatsinked Allen says the SuperReg can deliver 3/4 of an amp.

Any thoughts on this one ? -

(although B+ and other voltages are not shown in the circuit)
This is a WAD (World Audio Design) and it was called the KAT88. Their current 6550 line followed their KT88 line.
(I wonder why? lower costs?)
Has anyone had any experience with this ?
Wodgy, yes I have emailed Allen. No response yet.

Be patient, he is a one man show and sometimes is tied up...
