Hello, I'm trying to repair an Acustik power amplifier.
Model RZR1-2500D
The problem is that when the volume is increased beyond a certain level of sound demand, it intermittently goes into protection mode.
I have no idea what causes this type of failure.

Will it shut down when driven to clipping with no load?
What about with a load significantly higher than its lowest rated load?

The voltage variation is from 13.79v to 13.62v with a consumption of 18amp with a load of 2 ohms in audio output a tone of 60hzCould it be due to voltage drop at the 12v input (low voltage protection)?
Just like that, the daily use amplifier started to give that problem.Was the amp working perfectly for a while and this started after it had been OK?

At that volume low level, it works correctly.

I just realized that without any load on the audio output, it also goes in and out of protection mode.
Without load and with the gain control at minimum, there is a consumption of 1.0 amps.Does it seem to be drawing more current as you increase the volume with no load?
Without load and with the gain control at 3/4, there is a consumption of 1.1 amps when entering and exiting protection mode.
Drive a test tone (50-100Hz) into it and measure the ACV across the speaker temrinals when id goes into protect. Do this with a load and again without a load.
