I just saw registration form and didn't proceed 🙂 some require a valid email address (could use hotmail I guess)
fair enough on the 1.9, but from what I have read you need at least a 1" (2.5cm) chamfer or roundover to make a big difference, though the model shows that 1.9 is better than no chamfer for sure 🙂 so it's still worth doing

quick question... did you change the dimentions in BDS to cm instead of inches??? I just went in to do some simulation of my own design, are realised it defaults to inches... when I load yours it comes up as inches, and if I change to cm increases everything!! Just thought I should check!!
