I did not need the external filter in combination with my smps and mu follower topology.
Just adjust C4 till you get a ampon delay of about 20sec.
The board can adapt all kinds of power supplies.
For the leds use 3v types, you can adjust brightness of the leds by changing R25

Do not forget to cut pin 18, 37, 43 on connector H2.

Updated gerber in post 1 with 54pin connector has now bigger holes for easier mounting.

I can not find any information about the connections to the pascal board. They have a 26 pin connector, that already does not.
If you have connector details you can make a adapter cable.
