PS bypassing in BOZ

I have a BOZ I built a year or so ago and am considering adding additonal film bypass caps to the initial design.
The BOZ and many of the Pass designs appear to have 100uf~1000uF electrolytics as bypass/filter caps standing alone. Is there a reason for/against adding smaller value films in parallel to this design (NOT the AC coupling I/O caps)? I may just go ahead and try it, but welcome any insight.

Pete,
The benefit wouldn't be as great, proportionately, as bypassing the input/output caps, but I'd do it. Any time you've got signal on the rails or bias, caps help.
