I see, the company called Class D manufacturing these devices ACD100NSD/ACD102PSD. How well the N and P channel devices are matched?

HI
I don't know , all I know after Renesans took over the manufacturing the Hitachi lateral mosfets I do not like them .
I never tested yet .
A have some 6 pair from Class D but I didn't did any test yet .
Before I used EXICON those are one of the best lateral if not the best .
I tested the Renesans in the ProFet , after I switch to Exicon heaven and earth the difference between them in favor of the Exicon .
At the class D company they wrote me these are close to the quality of Exicon .
I will see when I do some test .
But I need to make a enclosure for the amp after I can do some tests .
Greetings

The Iq to set up 400mA for the Grand Mos .

400mA for one device or 400mA for whole amp?

I don't think about built this amp for now. I'am just curious. My problem with such amp is high idle current. With 2x50V, 400mA gives 40W - quite high. There is no any thermal feedback.
Also good mosfet are not cheap - another small problem.

But I cant stop thinking about this amp ...

Hello
I forget also U can run the amp in Class A/B mode .
These is a very high quality amp .
But if you want something more simple take a look at the Zenquito .From the same designer .
You can bias that in pure Class A or A/B to .
Much simple less parts and great sound if U use similar components like many DIY-ers did in France .http://pagesperso-orange.fr/jm.plantefeve/theo.html
You can open the site in English if you Google Zenquito DIY amplifier .
Regards

Hello, I am too interested in the GrandMos. I have a couple of Exicon pairs and I think I would like to use them in a simple topology like this one. I'd like to know if there are any stability issues with it and how well it performs.
Thanks in advance.
