Problems with Tapatalk for WP8

Dear all,

I am using tapatalk with my Samsung Ativ S (Windows Phone 8) and while I can access the Forum with my ID incl. opening the subforums and threads the replies are not loaded. Furthermore I can't see my subscribed threads while the "participated" are shown.
I don't have this effect with other Forums (e.g. HEAD-Fi) nor did I encounter this problem with tapatalk for android. Any one else having such problems.
I am using the latest version of tapatalk for WP8.

Perhaps the admins could ensure the server side Tapatalk plugin is up to date. There are issues with viewing the "timeline" or newest posts on the Android version that should be fixed with a simple update.

Same for iOS 7.1 - other forums still work, so it seems to be an diyaudio issue ("Server error occured: Call to a member function fetch_instance() on a non-object (get_thread.php(996) : eval()'d code:11)

Same here, I can browse threads that I haven't replied to but any thread to which I have responded gives the error rollingtube mentioned. Oddly yesterday was the first time that I could find DIYAudio in the Tapatalk software. Dunno why that was but I was excited, until it didn't work.😀


Edit: Also, might want to change the title of the post to Tapatalk Issues. Since it affects more than WP. Attached a copy of the error message.

Hi All. Yesterday I upgraded the tapatalk integration in diyAudio to the latest version of their API. Hopefully it will fix any outstanding problems. Let me know if you have any more issues.

I will note that on my own tapatalk on iOS I had to delete diyAudio as a site, then add it fresh in order for me to be able to login.

Still getting the error on both Android and Win 8.1. Exact error as above. I tried removing and replacing the forum on both platforms with no joy. I can navigate to a thread but cannot read it.

Just a thought-do you have the current version of Apache and PHP on the server?

Are you using the latest version of Tapatalk for your device? What device, what OS on the device, and what version of Tapatalk are you using? Can I suggest you contact Tapatalk support as everything seems to be OK from my iOS end anyway.

In all cases its the latest version- Android KitKat on Android and Win 8.1 on Windows. I don't have a working IOS device here.

The apps work fine on the Tapatalk forum and on the other fora I checked.

I'll try asking on the Tapatalk forum for help.

I just tried deleting the forum and re-adding it and that didn't help. Same error as before.

Android OS version: 4.3
Tapatalk version: 4.6.2 (just updated in the past couple of days)

Fixed. It was a clash with VaultWiki.
