Anyone know if the jbl tweeters I mention are worth the money?
They look like early 1980's technology and I'm not aware of current horn designs using diffraction lenses for pattern control? At $450 I'd pass, ~$300 would seem more reasonable to me but I could be way off.
The price seems high to me, also. I haven't used those driver so can't really say. What horns do they come with?
That tech goes way back. They look cool but they're fragile and with advancements in horn design I'd think you'd be wise to get up to speed on some modern offerings before you jump into it.

Any 1" horn down to 500 Hz.
try a pleated horn for he tweeter. The beyma TPL150 is awesome in all regards.
I have a system with 18 inch subs, JBL2132 10" mids and TPL150 highs.
Hugely efficient. Low distortion. Huge dynamics. Indestructible in a domestic setting, even by me.
At what frequency and slope do you cross from the 10" to the TPL? I have 8" crossing to TPL. A 10" would allow me to cross lower to the woofer.
Edit: kept reading and saw you cross at 1200Hz, and at 200Hz to an 18". Interestingly I also have 18" although all in open baffle.
