I really do think you have a KSC1845 transistor backwards but it is hard to tell in the picture. The two transistors in the power supply on the right should be facing each other.
Cl00sed, did you resolved your issue?
Not yet 🙁
Will work over weekend, but didn’t figure out what could be the issue
Looking for inputs from Rudi or from some experts

Raj, I am not good at finding somebody else error. The errors are partly hair raising.
Have a look at the attached image. The neon blue track shows the way the supplied voltage takes.
It looks like the transformers secondary rectifier and reservoir caps are mounted correctly.
Since you have confirmed to have used the IRFP9140 (and not a different MOSFET in the CapMX section) and the value of 32VDC,
generated by a 22VAC transformer is quite ok, the only remaining error is that you have soldered the power LED in the wrong way.
The Anode of the LED (which is the longer leg) should point to the right side!
I hope that my thoughts will help you finding the error - Rudi

Thanks a lot Rudi, yes i have used IRFP9140
Will check with led orientation.
Initially when i connected the transformer to the board led was in off state, but on changing the bias suddenly led on and after using for some hours (music played) found the led was off

Gentlemen, I have 4 of the PCBs, shown below in image 1 + 2, left.
The PCB contains the "Premium ACA" on its right side and JKuetemanns CAPMX on its left side.
The interesting thing concerning this PCB-version is: the ACA and the CAPMx PSU have separate power connectors and are separated
by a vertical v-cut (milling) line. You can therefore easily break apart the 2 features of this PCB in case that you want to use a PSU of
your own or have space problems, ...
I offer you 4 PCBs in case you want to build a bridged ACA.
The price incl. unregistered shipping and PAYPAL fee for the 4 PCBs is 30€.
Please give me a PM if you are interested.

I’d like to build a pair of bridged ACA amps with the capmx power supply feeding them. Do you have any more of these boards available? Would I need 4 boards to build a pair of balanced XLR ACA amps?
I am sorry: I do not have any spare PCBs - and I will not order any more.
Best regards - Rudi_Ratlos

I have a pair of the PCBs with SK170 FETs if you're interested?

Any problem using IRFP450 devices in place of the '240s? I have a stash of them available so it makes sense to try and use them.
Thanks
Thanks
If your Premium ACA is able to precisely reproduce this sound by 11-year-old NANDI:
Then you have done it o.k.
