Thanks all for your precious input and advise.
I have another thought about the heater when powref up, using Ac or dc for the heater current which is better? I read online that AC powered heaters are more prone to ac hum. Pls advice.
Thank you

Hi Jean beautiful piece of work there.
How does it sound?

Hello,

In spite of l use of TV tubes, l ampli good walking(step), the basses are present and he(it) rises well jusqu has 18 - 20 kHz, most hard was d to have some gain without against reaction.

In the future, I am going to modify the supply HT on the part CRC to be in CLC and more stable credit note of the signals, his(her) younger brother SE UL EL 508 works very well, env. 5 W against 7.5 W for him and 8.2 W in version full house EL 502 / 511, c is no top of the range but for less than 200 dollars, j am very satisfied with it

me little build to wood case ...so good home made 😀 ...1 amplifier OTL ( for headphones ) 1 SE UL EL 508 ( 2 x 5 W approximatly ) and 1 SE EL 504 ( up EL 502 / 511 - 2 x 7.5 W approximatly up 8.2 W )

😉
