How about three wires
Incorporate a power op-amp into the silicon of a solar panel, with D.C there would be no need for large smoothing caps.
To dissipate the heat, use multiple output transistors spread out over the panel
signal in
ground
power out
Power it with a torch if it gets too dark, or just go to sleep 😉
