Last time when I got the Quasi Nmos Bipolor version PCB done,it costed me per PCB close to or less then 10$ 😎 !!
Perhaps if you finalise everything I can get some boards done here and can send it you !! how does that sound 😉??
Looking forward to the changes QSA !! But could you please shed some light on DC detect without relay ??

NMOS Amplifier PCB and Nmos Control PCB sample order cost about 250 USD compare to 200 EUR for 2 pcs. PCB to order by local supplier in Germany....

Reputed companies often have a fixed $50 charge for the set up charges. I've checked with some of them around Bangalore.
The small ones that do one off boards often hand drill it and I have got holes slightly mislocated and sometimes with wrong drill sizes. Sometimes track edges are slightly uneven. They charge much less than the bigger companies. But we get only what we pay for. Never risked making PTH boards from them.
Be careful about postage. Check with your local post office or even their web site. ( www.indiapost.gov.in ) I recently bought a book for less than US$5/- . It cost me about US$16/- to post it by registered airmail !

Offcourse they may be small,but does not mean that they are crappy !
The one I got my broads is a small scale industry as well in MSR Nagar (if you happen to know Parts of Bangalore ), its 100% computerised and the output broad quality is here for everyone to see !!
