The protection board has been tested to full functionality, but there are one or two small bugs that needed fixing.
We have ordered new boards and they are on their way to Alexis for him to verify (build & test).

Once it is bug free we'll make it available.
Since it is only one per case, Dave's supplier is too expensive with tooling charges etc., so we'll support a GB directly from Mark.

I think you now have everything to get started -- case about to come, PCBs GB arranged, schematics & Bill of material released....

Dave will start a Build Thread at the Pass Forum soon (he promised).

There was one in the US. There might be one soon in Europe (insider info).
Asia is difficult, as shipment costs is very high.
And no real good supplier.

Maybe swallow the bullet and join the European group.

I am missing the small transformer for the protection board. For the 6 months that I will still be in 100V region, do I need a 100V transformer, or can I live with 15% less voltage ?

The protection board needs +/-12V and has onboard rectifiers and regulators (78xx). So you need to give it say +/-15V to work with.

I am sure you can manage somehow .....
