Thanks fellow diyers
I haven't been able to run many tests yet, but the regular built in WiFi apparently works ok with the chassis covers installed. I am using the newest RPI 3 with upgraded WiFi so... Ultimately I will have it cat5 connected and WiFi disabled, but ATM I've no issues with it. I've not tested Bluetooth, but I do have a handheld multimedia keyboard for use with Kodi and USB dongle that works with it. It's not a strong connection but it's always been that way. All the USB connections are exterior to the chassis. I did take the time to install Kodi on a separate SD card and try out some loading of the power supply using a few things plugged into the USB, like a spinning hard drive and some other things, watching some David Attenborough movies. No issues at all power wise. WiFi seems good even with the covers, although I'm sure that the signal is better without. I'll have more to report in time.
I really like it switches itself on and off haha. Fall asleep no biggie
Thanks

Nice built George!
Congratulations!
All Valery amplifiers are high-end.
Personally i prefer the usage of smd parts todays but seams that many guys afraid to use them.
Jeff has done a number of very professional pcb for all Valery's ideas.
