Phone zombies are even worse on the road.
I came across one in a car with a horse trailer tug following. I did not have a dash cam at the time.
The curb stones were the only thing keeping the car on the road.
A side turning put a stop to it as the curbstone tricyclized the car and when we went past it the driver was still yapping on the phone with the throttle set for 30mph plus the grinding of the tire walls on the curb.
That car almost rolled.

Yes, I'm sure it's right next to the place for people who go shopping while on the phone and wearing ear buds.
They're in their own little world, blocking asiles, cutting people off, and behaving like they're the only person there.
I sure hope that special place is big enough for all of them.
Great timing, after sitting in a waiting room while a 60 year old woman attended a teams meeting on her phone at full volume we stopped by a store and came up to a guy standing in the crowded isle looking at his phone. He moved but let out a huge sigh as he did it. What fascinates me is how quickly the rudeness shot-up through the generations, someone her age should have been raised with manners. I wanted to participate in her meeting and/or crank up music on my phone but given her age and another differentiating factor between us, I figured I'd be the most hated person in the country by this evening if I did. How did we get to a reality where people that point out that someone is being rude would be the shamed ones?
