The Hill's produce ZERO Ozone. I know because I ran the experiment with Alan in a closed room with an Ozone meter. They reduce ozone in the room due to being extremely hot (~20,000 degrees). They have never caused anyone to become ill. I should know because I spent many hours with them (and still do).

They ionize helium gas, which itself produces no ozone. If any nearby atmosphere gets ionized, then there could be a bit of residual ozone generation.
Your supposition is flawed. There cannot be residual ozone since the ozone measurement instrument in the closed room saw a decrease.
