how much ampere do I need for sustained plasma arc/corona? I found the numbers for volts,I see people using these high voltage flyback transformers, they have thousands of volts and not much amps...
I want to use minimum amount of amps possible,so lets say I have 80 kilo volts, how much (mili) amperes do I need with that 80kv to get plasma?

I wonder, how awesome would it be if Nelson Pass himself replied to my thread. He build the biggest plasma speaker I ever saw,the Ion Cloud...
Better hope it's milliamps, if not microamps. Much more than that can cause a lot of damage. Voltage x current equals watts; do the math.
Perhaps you can find some ideas here
