Agree! Only need one channel amplification, one speaker, single cables....MUCH more economical and if a Class A amp only half the heat and cost of running. Anyone got a single channel CD transport and DAC ?
...got to be consistent you know!

Looks very good!
But I see just one input-RCA and 2 pairs of outputs?
I see TWO RCA... 🙄
The image that I have published in post #6058 is indeed "irritating".
But of course: the DIY-enclosure houses a "Stereo - ACA" (see attached image).
The front plate is made of a wood called "Bubinga".
The top lid consists of a 2mm thick ALU plate covered with Bubinga veneer.
The enclosure (consisting of 2 ALU heatsinks, the Bubinga front-plate and -lid, ALU plates and - brackets) cost < 40€.
Most important for me is: "I "did the enclosure myself", and it represents my taste.
Regards - Rudi_Ratlos
P.S.: The only "music source", installed currently, is the: "Raumfeld Connector", being offered by the German TEUFEL company.

One right above the other. Look below the red jack.
Oh, and it is indeed a nice case, particularly at <40 euro!

There is so much, that you can "Do-It-Yourself" and that will sound much better than what is offered as a bargain-buy.
For example (completing my ACA-enclosure): Nordost OCTAVA speaker cable, 8-pin, 5 meters, sold for 25€ at ebay, and this is, what I made of it:
Sound is: no inherited sound at all, just representing music.

Inspired by Mr Pass’ use of a big incandescent lightbulb for the DeLite, I added a 12v halogen bulb to the LuFo Lite amp, making it a LuFoLite. The light bulb is the resistive load below the MOT choke. Running 1.63A bias current and 20v drain, 13v source at LU1014D, and 12v at the light bulb. Power provided by a pair of 24v 2.6A Meanwell SMPS bricks (monoblocks) going through a MOSFET based cap multiplier for slow ramp up and 4v drop. Sounding great.

New F6 build
Another F6 saw daylight in summer 2021. Please find few pictures of the amp. Many thanks to Mr. Pass and DIY community for this wonderful amp which drives my electrostatic speakers with ease to very high sound levels with excellent sound quality.
I have also made full set of measurements which I will soon post in another F6 threads, maybe they are better for specifications discussions.
All the best to fellow DIYers and stay safe!
