classd_fromru,
what process do you use for making your PCB's? are they presensitized boards already with green coating?

djQUAN,
I producing my pcb with process using laser printer, but i don’t know how translate description of technology in to English, sorry. 🙁
RX5,
SMD components at us are easily accessible in locally shops trading radio components. 🙂

ah. I know that method. 🙂
your PCB quality is very good. 🙂
I guess you also use the same method as I in using a soldering iron to "tin" and coat the copper with a thin layer of solder?

ah ic.. thats WHERE you get your parts... uhhmmm maybe just a limited value eh??
Even I , have a hard time getting 1/8 watt resistors... 🙂
djQUAN, thanks 🙂
Am coat the copper with a thin layer of fusible alloy (Rose T=93-96°Ñ) in boiling water. I very like this technology 😎
RX5,
In Moscow there are no problems with SMD components. 🙂

could you -LINK- me to that type of PCB technology? Im very curious as to HOW its done... 😉
RX5,
I dont know english link on discription, trying asking other users here 😉 I think that many people here know about it...

UcD v 2.5
Hi All!
I build new pre-final UcD version of my UcD 😎
PCB, Circuit and other photos and oscillograms here:
http://www.classd.fromru.com/circuits.html
PS
Please dont ask me Gerber files, i dont have it. You can export LAY to Gerber with Sprint Layout 4 😉

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Hi dear Classd_fromru,
How does your new design, the UCD 2.5 performs?
Have you done any measurements?
Bandwidth, noise, distortion...
Output power in RMS?
On the margin NICE WORK! Very nice!
Thanks a lot,
Merry Christmas

to all.
I would like to build your amp, since I gain a lot of exp. in past month using SMD.

Hi classd_fromru
Nice work! -- I notice you have not fitted any over voltage protection (OVP) -- do you not have any problems with busspumping if the output is short cicuit?
On my UcD (through hole, not SMD 🙁 ) the -ve rail climbs 'lower' very quickly with a short circuit output, and usually destroys the low side FET!
Even with OVP fitted, it is not always protected --do you not have any problems with this?

o.0 Wow this is great stuff, tinning.
Read this, and be amazed, how easy it is. Would be nice to
with it. It's so simple. Can't wait to get this opportunity.

Hi
Yea me too, but I don't like using UV, so this tinning sound like heaven 🙂. Using just standered bulb,... that would be life

I dont use UV either... just plain ordinary flourescent bulb.. though using UV would speed up things.... 5-8mins for fluoro // 60secs for UV....
anyways, it still gets the job done... 😉

True. I would like to congratulate you and classd_fromru for outstanding work on D-amp. Hope to join you someday (soon🙂)
