Bigun I love how nice and compact the Spud amp is 😀
Here's my latest and greatest. A dual mono LM3886 with the BrianGT chipamp boards, as well as a few fun little upgrades. Super thick aluminum tube frame chassis powdercoated cream, toroid covers powdercoated brick red, and figured maple dyed a deep red and gloss finished. It's purdy 😉
You'll notice the exquisite DIYAudio soft start board in there

Great looking amp. Good work.
This is my first post!
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Haha you're right, I'm so used to posting in this thread as I hardly ever build SS stuff. Ah well, you guys are my favorite, and it looks like a tube amp... without the tubes... right? 😀This amplifier make me sick...

You could at least have added some tubes on top with just heaters connected, making people get astonished how much power a pair of 6BQ5 in SE-mode can deliver ...

Lovely work. What are the big blue caps in the corners? I haven't seen them like tthat before.
Hi all
This is my version of the great Tavish Design Classic Vacuum Tube Phono Stage (MM / MC).
My first tube amp.
Only using the MC at this stage. Sounds really good with my Rondo Blue.

Fantastic object, very unusual look. Electronic + plastic arts. Seems like coming out from the Farscape tv series
That is a fine work of art . Has a very steam or diesel punk look . Upgrade on the rca would be my thought . The design is well thought out and having a pcb on the inside just right. Regards.
